PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya Tbk (Sumalindo) is one of the largest and most respected forestry companies in the Republic of Indonesia. It was established on April 14, 1980 and subsequently listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 1994.

Sumalindo's forestry activities are fully integrated. Its upstream operation manages both the natural and plantation forests, totaling 634,821 hectares in East Kalimantan, in the downstream manufacturing operation. Sumalindo produces a variety of high-grade and value-added plywood and Medium Density Board (MDF) products, which are sold to the domestic and export markets.
